Back to Tokyo for 5 days

I’m back!
Today I was back to Tokyo first air plane for 5 days.

It is hotter than Hokkaido. I couldn’t compare Sapporo to Tokyo. Everybody could know the answer.

In afternoon I met Imari with souvenir and we watched Gibre’s new movie at Roppongi. We enjoyed the peaceful time.
But I got pain with my right leg because of trek. I have to go hospital tomorrow morning.

Backing to Ebisu and we took dinner at Okinawan restaurant.

I love Tokyo!
Keep go on in this city.

Playing at Ahlex golf club

I played golf at ahlex golf club with Makoto , Shigetoshi and Annie.
Annie was the first playing golf today.

It was deep fog and little bit of rain on the way to there.
But it didn’t become rain during playing.

The course was pretty hard one.
But we could enjoy it.

I had a little bit of pain on my leg because of the two days trek so I couldn’t run. I thought keeping fairway is the key to continue the game easy.

Finally I shot 140..

Sapporo

I moved to sapporo from asahikawa.
I met some friends and took dinner fresh lamb steak Jingisukan.

Jingisukan is great barbecue is the world!
It is one of major food in Hokkaido.

Great time to stay with nice friends and took nice dinner!

..and keep rest my body.

Taisetsu zan second day and today is mother’s birthday

Second day
I started camp at 3:30AM.
I caught fresh morning glow left side.

It was silent , wind was kind. It was like heaven on the crowd.
I walked long rote. I thought about dairy’s myself , business and myself and what is important for my life.

Today was my mother’s birthday.
Thank you everything and take care about health.

Trek Taisetsu-zan first day

Today was first day to trek Taisetsu-zan. It started from Sounkyo.

It was had for the first a hour.
My body didn’t awake and rote was steep.

I took half a hour rest at first mountain hut then I got my breathes.
My trek just started.

There were a few snowy valley and 4sumits on the rote to tonight camp.
Cool and fresh air , great rand what a wonderful place is it!

I stayed Hak-un camp tonight.
Time goes slowly. I was very happy.

Moving to Hokkaido

Now I’m in the train to Kamikawa.

Today I come up to Asahikawa from Haneda airport. I went to Asahikawa station by bus it cost about 500Yen. I have a few time to take dinner. I ate Asahikawa miso noodle.

I left unused bag and shoes in the locker and I moved to Kamikawa.

In the train it likes a trip to across the time to my memories.
My journey already start.

Ready for journey

I’ll go to Hokkaido tomorrow for 5 days.
I readied for the journey,packed and tuned up Physical condition.

Chomolungma restaurant is one of great Chinese restaurant in Ebisu.
I can’t eat nice dinner for a few days because I’ll trek mountains. In mountain I eat easy food because I want to decrease stuff to pack light.

I’m looking forward to be there soon!

Bukkake sanuki udon

I cleaned up my kitchen a few days ago. So I became enjoying to cook more. I cooked Simple udon noodle “Bukkake udon” in morning.

I have to make a plan for Taisetuzan Hokkaido.
I’m going to be there this weekend.To hike at Hokkaido is my first time experience so I’m very looking forward it!

Now I make a website about trekking and hiking. I enjoy the time working about it.Now it’s not just a hobby or work. I thought it part of my life of journey. Wait the release!

5th anniversary

Today was 5th anniversary my company TOHO Media Planning Inc. I always set goal and make plan. I thought the days these 6-12 months were very good about system of management.

I’ve enjoyed works and creativeness. I learned a lot with running.
I’ve thought with running.

We have specific goal. We will release at least 5 more web site in this year.I believe I could tell you good news this December.
Our 6th season started. Keep go on and be happy the moment.

Clean up refrigerator

I cleaned up kitchen and refrigerator today. There are expired sauces and seasonings. There were seasonings that expired 2006, it was 4 years ago!!I said goodbye to oil and dust.

It took 2-3hours cleaning my kitchen. I love cook so clean kitchen is ideal space. Now I got it and I felt good.

My brand new cooking season started.
